About Us

The Neighborhood Learning Center provides in-home child care services and education in the heart of SE Portland. We offer culturally specific learning and resources geared towards minorities and underrepresented families. We nurture our children in an high quality environment that is safe, fun and interactive. We engage through hands-on learning, music and instruments.
